Design Process
- Determine the required protection current based on pipeline coating conditions and current density requirements
- Design the loop to ensure uniform current distribution throughout the anode length
- Select appropriate power supply equipment specifications considering the low resistance between cathode and anode
- Choose accessories and filler materials, with coke powder (carbon content >85%, particle size <3mm) being the optimal choice
