Product Description
This venturi boron carbide sandblasting nozzle is engineered for maximum service life. In continuous blasting operations using silica sand or brown aluminum oxide at 6-8 bar working pressure, the B4C bore maintains its original diameter for 500-1000 working hours. Reduced nozzle changes translate to less downtime and significantly lower consumable cost per ton of abrasive used.
- 500-1000 hours service life under normal operating conditions
- Aluminum alloy jacket protects the carbide core from accidental impact
- Venturi profile converts air pressure into higher abrasive velocity
- Micro hardness ≥ 3500 kgf/mm², density ≥ 2.46 g/cm³
- Chemically inert to acids and alkalis in wet blasting environments
