Product Overview
HIGH BROAD AlNb60 is a vacuum-grade niobium-aluminum master alloy with a nominal 60% Nb content (Nb 55–65 wt%, Al balance), supplied as granules in 10–50 mm. It is engineered for Ti2AlNb-based intermetallic alloy melting, delivering a stable niobium recovery rate, excellent dissolution and wetting, and low segregation for consistent, repeatable melts.

Product Features
- Stable niobium recovery rate with excellent dissolution and wetting behavior; pure Nb is refractory, while AlNb60 greatly lowers the addition difficulty.
- β-phase stabilizing element that refines grain structure and improves high-temperature strength, creep resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal stability.

Quality Assurance
