AlNb60 Niobium Aluminum Master Alloy — Granules 10-50mm
HIGH BROAD AlNb60 is a vacuum-grade niobium–aluminum master alloy with a nominal 60% Nb content (Nb 55–65 wt%, Al balance), supplied as granules in 10-50mm. It is engineered for marine corrosion-resistant alloy melting, delivering a stable niobium recovery rate, excellent dissolution and wetting, and low segregation for consistent, repeatable melts.

Product Features
- Stable niobium recovery rate with excellent dissolution and wetting behavior; pure Nb is refractory, while AlNb60 greatly lowers the addition difficulty.
- β-phase stabilizing element that refines grain structure and improves high-temperature strength, creep resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal stability.
- Low segregation, uniform composition and strong batch-to-batch consistency, suitable for continuous and vacuum melting.
- Stable Nb Recovery Rate: standard, ideal for high-end and demanding melt shops.
