Product Description
Mixed metal oxide titanium flexible anode is a new generation flexible anode with extended service life. This impressed current cathodic protection solution integrates the advantages of MMO anode's high current capacity with the excellent conductive performance of copper conductor cable.
Due to its substantial current output and minimal grounding resistance, MMO/Ti flexible anode can be installed at significant distances from protected structures. It is particularly well-suited for cathodic protection in high-resistance environments or pipelines with compromised coatings. The anode is also effective for impressed current cathodic protection of large storage tank floors.
The inclusion of coke powder within the anode eliminates the need for additional fillers, simplifying installation. The core innovation involves replacing conventional conductive polymer cables with titanium wire, leveraging MMO wire's superior electrochemical properties. Even after complete consumption of the coke powder, the mixed metal oxide titanium flexible anode continues functioning as an auxiliary anode, offering substantially extended theoretical service life compared to traditional flexible anodes.
