The B4C-WT50-12 wide throat sandblast nozzle is engineered for maximum productivity in large-scale surface preparation operations. With a 12mm orifice and 50mm venturi-angled bore, this nozzle delivers abrasive flow rates up to 800 kg/hour, making it ideal for bridge maintenance, ship deck blasting, and industrial tank lining removal.
Large bore nozzles face extreme wear conditions due to the high volume of abrasive passing through the orifice. Hot pressed B4C is uniquely suited to this challenge because:
- Uniform density throughout the entire nozzle body ensures consistent wear patterns, preventing the uneven bore enlargement that causes premature venturi profile degradation
