Product Description
This Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) coated titanium wire flexible anode is engineered for impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) systems in marine and seawater cathodic protection applications including offshore platforms, ship hulls, jetty piles, sheet piling, dock structures, and seawater intake systems. Manufactured with premium Grade 1 titanium substrate and precision-applied iridium-tantalum mixed metal oxide coating, it delivers exceptional electrochemical performance, long service life, and uniform current distribution across the entire protected structure.
- Ultra-fine 1.0mm diameter ideal for precision cathodic protection in seawater and brackish water environments
- Excellent chlorine evolution resistance with specialized Ir-Ta coating formulation for marine applications
- Lightweight and highly flexible for installation on complex offshore structure geometries and tight spaces
- Low consumption rate in seawater electrolyte ensures extended service intervals and reduced maintenance
- Compatible with both galvanic and impressed current cathodic protection system configurations in marine settings
