Product Description
Our MgZr master alloy series with zirconium content from 25% to 35% is designed to enhance mechanical properties through controlled grain boundary strengthening. Custom particle size control ensures optimal grain refinement performance.

Typical addition of 0.5-1.0 weight percent of the melt yields soluble zirconium content of 0.4-0.7 percent. Addition temperature 720-780°C recommended for optimal dissolution. Gentle stirring avoids zirconium particle settling.
