Expanded Mesh Technology

Manufactured from ASTM B348 Grade I titanium sheet through precision expanding process, creating a diamond-pattern mesh with:

• High open area ratio for unrestricted ionic current flow
• Excellent mechanical strength despite low weight
• Flexible panels that conform to tank bottom contours
• Standard panel sizes with simple field interconnection

MMO Coating

Iridium-tantalum MMO catalyst applied via thermal decomposition to the entire mesh surface, ensuring active coating coverage on all strands including cut edges.

Installation Advantages

Lightweight panels (typically under 2 kg/m²) can be installed by a single worker. Panels are interconnected using titanium strip conductors or resistance welding — no heavy equipment required.
