MMO Coated Expanded Titanium Mesh Grid Anode
A fundamentally different anode form factor from linear wire — our expanded titanium mesh grid anode is engineered for planar CP applications, delivering uniform protection current across the entire tank bottom surface area.
Expanded Mesh Technology
Manufactured from ASTM B348 Grade I titanium sheet through precision expanding process, creating a diamond-pattern mesh with:
- High open area ratio for unrestricted ionic current flow
- Excellent mechanical strength despite low weight
- Flexible panels that conform to tank bottom contours
- Standard panel sizes with simple field interconnection
MMO Coating
Iridium-tantalum MMO catalyst applied via thermal decomposition to the entire mesh surface, ensuring active coating coverage on all strands including cut edges.
Installation Advantages
Lightweight panels (typically under 2 kg/m²) can be installed by a single worker. Panels are interconnected using titanium strip conductors or resistance welding — no heavy equipment required.
